Solidus is looking for a Senior Subcontracts Administrator with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction, design, architect and engineering (A&E) procurement to include working knowledge of the FAR/DFARS, sourcing methods, pricing, negotiation, awarding and documenting.

The successful candidate will join the Construction Team and will be involved in planning, soliciting, administering and close out of design and construction related contracts.

Required Skills: - U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Security Clearance. Active Secret preferred. - BS plus minimum three (3) years of construction and A&E experience (Federal/State/Local government design and construction contracts experience a plus) - Experience with the entire construction project life cycle (feasibility, design, construction) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Demonstrated capabilities in presenting ideas written and orally within a cross-functional environment

Desired Skills: - Third party procurement or contracting certifications (i.e. organizations: NCMA, DAU, NIGP, APICS) - Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFARS
