Solidus is seeking a Software Engineer to join our research team of quantum information and computing scientists. We are looking for a candidate that would aid in the development of software tools to support our research. This candidate would support research in the areas of fault tolerant quantum error correction, gate level implementation of quantum algorithms, and modeling of error in quantum systems.

Key responsibilities include: • Development of software libraries for the realization of quantum algorithms • Unit and system testing of the teams developed software • Integration of software into medium scale research project environment • Perform modeling and simulation using the teams software tools to provide performance analysis of quantum circuits • Optimization and parallelization of software tools for high performance computing platforms. For standard processors as well as hardware accelerators such as GPUs.

Requirements: - US Citizenship and an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance - BS with 5+ years of experience
