Solidus is searching for a Real-Time C Software Engineer. The candidate must have experience in developing software in C or C programming language for a hard real-time (time-deterministic environment) using an RTOS such as real-time Linux, VxWorks, or Xenomai; firmware programming experience using VHDL or Verilog; experience with digital design and schematic capture using Mentor Graphics tool; familiarity with all types of laboratory instrumentation, including oscilloscopes, function generators, meters, logic analyzers and frequency counters; experience with debug of software on newly developed hardware.

Required Skills: - U.S. Citizen and an Active Secret Clearance - M.S. or B.S. degree with a minimum of 10 years experience with: - Digital Circuit Design - Software/Algorithm Development - All types of laboratory instrumentation - Real-Time Embedded Systems (RTOS, VxWorks, Xenomai, Linux) - Real-Time Software/Hardware - Software Documentation - C/C Programming - GIT/GITHUB - Object Oriented Software Design and Development - Software Design/Development - VHDL / Verilog - Hardware and Software Integration
