Software and System Design Engineer, SeniorThe Challenge:

As a leader in systems engineering, you will perform complicated and difficult software and systems design engineering assignments requiring a high degree of technical competence reflecting current state-of-the-art applications. You will work with developers on the team to comprehend the details, dependencies, documentation, and statuses of all milestones and features. You will raise issues, risks, or decisions to product owners and senior management to deliver the most advanced technology solutions. You Have:

-6+ years of experience with leading systems and software development projects

-6+ years of experience in communicating with program personnel, government, overseers, and senior executives

-Experience with analyzing requirements, concepts of operation documents, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications

-Experience with providing technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology

-Experience with working in an Agile software development environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with supporting large innovation and integration platforms

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Secret clearance
