Description UKG has an immediate opportunity for a creative communications professional to join our Corporate IT department. In the role of IT Communications & Design Specialist, you will design, develop and implement internal communications content that engages, educates, and enables more than 14,000 employees worldwide. Reports to our Director of IT Communications & Enablement.In support of our culture, we are adopting a hybrid working model of 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week from home. The UKG office location that this position is connected to will be Lowell, MA.Job Responsibilities- Develop messaging and multimedia content (e.g., written communications, infographics, intranet pages, videos, and more) for various internal communication channels (email, intranet, digital signage, etc.)- Design highly visual, engaging presentations and graphics that continue to raise the bar for creativity and help with "storytelling"- Collaborate with the rest of the team to keep employee-facing IT communications assets and resources up to date (intranet pages / content, links, knowledge articles, etc.)
Qualifications - Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical diagrams and translate into a digestible, compelling design/format- Highly personable and able to work well across internal departments / teams and cultures- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, graphic design, visual arts, or related field; 2+ years of related work experience is preferred- Public Relations and/or marketing agency experience is desirable- Tech savvy and experienced using social media, collaboration, and content management platforms- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools; skilled with Microsoft PowerPoint#LI-hybridCompany Overview Here at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
