- Create Business, Functional and Technical Requirements for new projects and BAU
- Create Business Roadmaps, working with Stakeholders, and gather requirements for IT Asset Lifecycle FY23 Roadmap
- Build all the Business Use Cases and Functional artifacts for FY22, FY23
- Create TDD and Change Enhancements for ITAM
- Create IT Asset Lifecycle Process Flows for Stakeholder
