REQUIRED SKILLS:

5 years of experience installing and buildingHighly analyticalRequires in-depth knowledge of network hardware and software technologies and best practicesAdvanced knowledge of a network technology discipline (e.g. IP Routing and Switching, Routing Protocols, WAN, Firewall, Packet Analysis, IP Telephony, Infrastructure, Capacity Planning, Call Center, IT Tools and other relevant technologies.Strong knowledge of the organization, processes and customersAdvanced knowledge of incident and change management principles and best practicesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Math or equivalent related experienceRESPONSIBILITIES:

network tool analysis, assistance with tool rationalization, tool adoption and team enablementdevelopment of network tool road map and strategydevelopment of tool based reporting and analytics and corresponding action plansdevelopment of proactive trouble avoidance and predictive trouble detection strategiesdevelopment and implementation of automation strategiessupport of network monitoring efforts and integration with other infrastructure and operations tools
