Sales Training Manager

Sunovion Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Sales Training Manager to join our Sales Organization in Marlborough, MA.The Sales Training Manager (STM) position is accountable for all brand training. These activities include the design, development and execution of training assets for new hire training, brand updates, new product launches, competitive product launches and updates, Plan of POA meetings and National Sales Meetings. The STM will report to the Director, Sales Training, in addition to working closely with senior sales leaders to determine area and individual training needs to align with sales direction.
