Job Description
The
Flexible Assignment Instructor will providesupport to the students of the Evergreen Center between the hours of 7:00am – 3:00pm Monday through Friday.Evergreen Center is a dynamic working environment where employees can make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with severe special needs. Additionally, there are many opportunities for advancement within the Evergreen Center into supervisory and/or management level positions. Pay is commensurate to level of education and relevant experience.
Responsibilities:Teaching students to complete activities of daily living and skill development with academics, social interactions, vocation, and community behaviors. Upon successful completion of three months of employment, Flexible Assignment Instructors may be eligible to pick up hours beyond 7:00am – 3:00pm Monday through Friday which will includeevenings, overnights, and weekends.
Requirements:- Must be available to work16-40hours aweek, three weeks a month
- Must maintain effective and consistentcommunication with the scheduling department
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience
- A high school degree (or equivalent) with at least five years of relevant experience
