We have an excellent job opportunity available as a Quality Engineer!

Our role is expected to last 6 months.

Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer:
  • Conduct root cause analysis on trending product quality challenges and lead the cross-functional improvement efforts with functions such as Sourcing, Supplier Quality, R&D, Materials, and QA
  • Lead cross-functional investigations and/or CAPAs related to product quality to improve customer satisfaction and internal production yield
  • Collaborate with supplier quality to improve supplier-related defects and cross-functional processes
  • Analyze current state product quality & process data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support continuous improvement and productivity efforts to enable the growth
  • Present accurate information in a concise way to key stakeholder during Design Reviews and Portfolio Reviews
  • Perform product release activities to release product from Contract Manufacturer
  • Conduct DHR reviews on a regular basis to ensure compliance to GDP, regulations and other defined requirements

Requirements of the Quality Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in related field, preferred
  • Experience with Quality Control and Risk Management
  • Experience in product risk management to the requirements of ISO 14971 preferred
  • Working knowledge of, and auditing experience to regulatory requirements such as the US FDA Quality System Regulation, ISO 13485, and the EU - Medical Device preferred
  • Good written and oral communication skills
