Help Desk Specialist

Description:12 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Hardware troubleshooting including component level (drive, screen, keyboard, etc.) repair/replacement of faulty devices
  • Software support including building, configuring, updating, patching, and troubleshooting of current desktop and server Microsoft Operating Systems and applications

Skills & Experience:
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a technical support role using an online ticketing system
  • Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and accessories
  • Experience supporting users through remote sessions and step-by- step walk throughs
  • Experience with connectivity including TCP/IP, VPN/remote access, Ethernet, printing, Wi-Fi, and cellular based connections
