Equinox is seeking a Front Desk Manager on Duty (MOD) to join our team. As a Front Desk MOD, you will be entrusted with operational responsibilities that ensure the club runs smoothly and securely during your shift.Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD): Serve as the primary point of contact for all front desk operations during assigned shifts.Keyholder Duties:Open and/or close the club in accordance with company standards and security protocols.Leadership & Team Support:Coach, motivate, and lead front desk associates to deliver exceptional service.Assist the Assistant General Manager (AGM) with onboarding and training staff.Member Experience:Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.Professionally greet members and guests, scan membership IDs, and manage account updates.Operational Excellence:Answer phones promptly and courteously.Maintain an organized and welcoming lobby environment.Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.Safety & Compliance:Ensure adherence to all club policies, health and safety standards, and emergency procedures.
