The Candidate is detail-oriented and can analyze documents with a critical eye. Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and flexibility to assume new ones as they arise. Job Responsibilities:Our Intake Associate participates as a member of the Intake and Admissions team, providing top level and detailed administrative support. They track the Virtual Document Bin, maintain network drives, and process paperwork appropriately. This includes tracking, reviewing, and accounting for all admission paperwork. The Intake Associate takes on additional activities, like following up with clinicians for any missing items.Education, Skills, and Experience:

College degree or equivalent experience preferred

Strong organizational abilities and a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Enthusiastic about supporting and working as part of a team

Proficient with Google Suite products
