Job Description

Technical Product Owner for customer experience analytics data onboarding:

Has hands on analytics experience preferably in customer service or experience platforms data

Must be able to understand business requirement and translate them into technical solutions

See data onboarding through the lens of a data analyst as a consumer

Create detailed project plans while working with multiple stakeholders

Be very detail oriented and document every requirement starting from a use case to as little as a column in a table

Create and maintain data dictionaries with the help of data engineers

Communicate timelines to the leader and other parties on a timely basis
