Located in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a short-term temporary role.Responsibilities- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems- Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Correspond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Familiarity with basic networking concepts- Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- IT support ticketing system experience highly valued- 1+ years of prior experience- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365- Hardware Installation experience- Comprehensive knowledge of Citrix- Laptop Hardware experience preferred- Proven knowledge of Hardware Troubleshooting- Desktop Hardware experience Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
