Role: Data Governance LeadWork Location: Waltham, MA (Remote)• 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Governance with Proven track record in operating large data governance programs. Knowledge of Cloud-based big data frameworks • Design and implement enterprise wide data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality as well as protecting sensitive data through modifications to behavior policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture • Design and implement roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability for stewardship for supplier master data • Operational familiarity in the use of meta-data management, data quality, and data stewardship tools and platforms • Serve as a liaison between Business and Functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly defined, communicated and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning • Prefer industry specific experience – procurement, supply chain management, finance or operations/distribution • Preferred Technology specific experience/understanding – SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba • Ability to analyze complex situations and to derive workable actions. • Ability to constructively challenge requirements and current state to increase overall value to the company • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
