Role and Responsibility Location : : Waltham, MA (Remote till Covid ) Contract Role and Responsibility
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to identify UX changes that would improve the employee experience
- Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain the product backlog, prioritize requirements, and work with the TCS dev & project team to ensure successful deployment
- Identify, interview, and nurture relationships with business partners for key internal processes related to the product (HR tools/Time Governance/Billing, etc.)
- Effectively communicate business needs and requirements to the TCS project & dev team
- Job aid maintenance: maintain the Job Aids, FAQ and support documents related to the Fiori Transformation. Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and close any gaps in process documentation
- Work closely with the NG Fiori Product Owner to plan and implement the communications strategy for the roll out of internal tools that will impact 10,000 daily users
- Draft content
- Identify and manage key business and technology stakeholders who need input and
- Manage communication channels for user support during roll out (e-mail, Yammer)
