Solutions Engineer/Digital Asset Manager Immediate need for a highly qualified Digital Asset Manager and Librarian to support our digital corporate initiatives and platforms. The Digital Asset Manager/Librarian will manage the Bynder Digital Asset Management platform and be responsible for the sharing of assets crafted for US and Global launches. The Digital Asset Manager/Librarian will be responsible for partnering across Corporate, Commercial and Medical teams to ensure the successful implementation of our digital asset management (DAM) system through metadata and taxonomy governance, best practices and standards. The successful candidate will become familiar with content development processes and platforms and drive operational efficiencies, ensuring content accessibility, availability and reuse across all regions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience implementing digital asset management systems and various platform integrations to ensure seamless distribution of content globally. The successful candidate must have proven success leading and motivating adoption of platform features among the user base, while driving effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external technical resources. A candidate must be a customer-centric expert in asset management with a passion for large-scale management of A/V, Print, Digital, and other assets.

Here's What You'll Do: • Establish and maintain DAM taxonomy, process and governance documentation, including guidelines and training materials. • Develop intuitive content ontologies, tagging and metadata management best practices to accelerate access to information in the system. • Oversee adherence to established taxonomy, metadata tagging, folder structure and governance procedures. • Own the ongoing ingestion, organization and maintenance of the DAM, ensuring duplicate, non-compliant and obsolete assets are archived properly through regular audits. • Establish KPIs and review asset performance to optimize content development best practices and insights. • Identify and monitor content availability and opportunities for re-use or new channel distribution. • Provide communications, training and ongoing releases related to the DAM capabilities and feature updates to system users. • Identify areas where technology, development of new systems, integrations or enhancements to existing systems and workflows can lead to increased efficiency and productivity. • Partner with cross-functional digital and IT teams to ensure proper system architecture and integration across digital technology ecosystem as needed. • Manage internal user account creation and permissions and train new users to the DAM. • Onboard external agencies on how to properly tag and deliver creative assets. • Proactively monitor and resolve DAM related issues.
