Job Description:Raytheon Technologies Intelligence & Space (RIS) is seeking a Configuration Analyst to support the Trident Integrated Support facility (ISF) program, based out of Pittsfield, MA. This position will work as part of the Logistics and Production Control (LPC) Team, under direction from the LPC team lead, and will provide support for configuration management activities associated with a manufacturing/repair facility for precision aerospace hardware. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:Configuration Management Support for factory activities
Creation/Maintenance of technical data packages (Repair Plans, Vendor TDP, BOE)
Inventory Control Support
Data Transmission for configuration, performance, and hardware status
Preparation of Acceptance Packages for customer submittal
Impact analysis for changes in contract requirements documentation
Creation/Review of Quality History Packages
Master Part File generation and maintenance
Analysis of Factory Operation Systems and coordination between functions for continuous improvement
Required Skills: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; preferably in a function related to manufacturing, repair, or depot operations
The candidate must have strong communication skills, written and oral, and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to interface with persons of multiple disciplines and job functions, including engineers, program managers, production personnel, and outside vendors
Candidate must be a self-starter willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Desired Skills: Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Ability to manage projects; schedules, budgets, and priorities
Current Active Security Clearance
Prior work experience working on or in a military/government related position.
Required Education (including Major): B.S. / B.A. in a related field. Additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
Other Requirements (Clearance, travel):
SECRET - existing clearance preferred. Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
