Role :- Project Coordinator Location :- Plymouth, MA Duration: Full Time Start Date : Immediate Job Description: This will be 100% onsite in Plymouth. Working hours are 8 am 5 PM Monday-Friday. Major skills we are looking for:

  • Managing day to day operation with server infrastructure, service desk, and deskside support team
  • Managing new Projects
  • Participating in day to day meeting and provide updates
  • Make sure Team is following up on tickets and meeting SLA
  • Excellent written and presentation skills and strong decision making skills
  • Strong negotiation/facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication skills & problem-solving ability
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The onsite project coordinator will be working with the customer and offshore team to ensure the proper operation of the server infrastructure, service desk, and deskside support team
  • Understand pain points of team and work with them and customer and resolve them
  • Understand the customer requirements and pass on to Team
  • Identify new areas for business/opportunities and work with sales and presales team.
  • Excellent communication skills & problem-solving ability
  • Good experience with MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Strong negotiation/facilitation skills with an ability to gain consensus.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills and strong decision making skills.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations throughout the project implementation and delivery process.
  • Ability to work on teams in a lead and participative capacity with many different and diverse stakeholders.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams
  • Planning, executing and pro-active monitoring of program, issue resolution, managing dependencies and risk management
  • Define and facilitate governance
  • Meeting Quality objectives and standards
  • Assess, ensure and communicate program performance against KPIs alignment at regular intervals to stakeholders
  • Influence partners and coach teams to embrace new processes, inspiring change across the program
  • Drive process and productivity
  • Deep knowledge of Infrastructure technologies, data center, server, virtualization, storage and disaster recovery/business continuity.
  • A willingness to develop new skills and to understand new technologies
