This position provides general service and transaction processing with a customer-focused approach. You will work as part of a team within our Event Center handling a variety of short term projects for our clients. The primary focus will be on quality and accuracy of information provided to callers and when completing transactions during or between calls.ResponsibilitiesAssociates are generally responsible for assisting inbound callers may include:- Ordering statements
- Basic account info
- Duplicate tax forms
- Pin resets
- Web site navigation
- Address Changes
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to prioritize and manage your workload
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.
- Prior coursework of experience within financial services helpful - training provided
