The Sr. Client Relations Specialist Provides support for client initiated Fund Events with the GIDS Shared Services team. Manages conversions, deconversions, etc. for the client. Acts as a lead for events, helping gather requirements, collaborating with clients on best practices and performing SME functions for various event types. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of DST's products, services, and business practices. This position allows for a flexible work week which could possibly be 4 10 hours days. Some weekend work would be required.Responsibilities:- Responsible for helping manage and execute client fund event such as conversion, deconversions, share splits, mergers, etc.
- Create documentation such as estimate, business requirement documents, change in scope, etc.
- Assist with requirements gathering
- Review and analyze existing data and option settings related to upcoming events
- Execute TSO jobs
- Issue resolution
- Assist with client communication via calls and emails
- Ticket and time tracking in JIRA or ServiceNow
- Participate in standardization and automation initiatives
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional and calm under pressure
- Proficient in technology platforms, including Microsoft Word and Excel, TSO is a plus
- Good listener
- Enjoys working with the clients, providing excellent client service
- Team player - need to be able to work with many different internal groups as well as clients
- Independent and self-motivated
- Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
- Flexible
