Job Description:

This company is a luxury online retailer with $175million in revenue for 2021. They're continuing to grow in revenue and headcount and are looking to add a new member to the accounting team. The team consists of the CFO, Accounting Manager, an AP Accountant and an AR Accountant.

As the Staff Accountant you will be responsible for maintaining the journal entries and assisting the CFO and Accounting Manager in the monthly and yearly close as they prepare for their upcoming busy season.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist CFO with monthly and yearly close tasks
  • Update Journal Entries
  • Maintain and create bank reconciliations
  • Manage asset account reconciliations
  • Perform all Accounting tasks in their NetSuite ERP system
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a full cycle accounting environment
  • Prior experience using NetSuite ERP system is required
  • Express working knowledge of managing a monthly close process
