Works closely with Product Owners, Retail Center of Excellence team to help identify and create mobile solutions that provide associates with digital communication training option and operational efficiency.• Works with the Mobile Architect to ensure solutions align to Strategy roadmap and adhere to architectural standards.• Ensures architecture and security approval are received. Makes suggestion for innovation and continuous improvement of solutions.• Responsible for ensuring all development is implemented on schedule and with quality.• Ensures project executes on schedule according to project plan and oversees project financials and department expense budgets• Mentors team on both technical responsibilities and communication with partners. Requirements Basic Qualifications: • 5-7 years experience working in a technical role• 3+ years experience in a management role.• Passion for working with emerging technologies and developing innovative applications. • Bachelors or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.• Must possess the ability to effectively communicate using strong verbal, written and listening skills• Experience in Agile methodologies• Experience managing budgets of $5M+• Experience in the documentation of requirements/user stories for mobile solutions• Experience with cloud platforms such a Microsoft AzurePreferredMasters DegreeExperienced• Retail Technology mobile experience• Experience managing budgets of $10+M• Design experience - UI/UX• Experience leading Scrum teams• Experience with Continuous Integration#DicejobVacancy expired!
