- Develop change management plans and collaborate with project managers and other subject matter experts to prepare, implement, and manage internal change initiatives
- Owning change request E2E till the resulting objects get released in the PLM
- Understanding the approval matrix and assigning the approvers accordingly
- Follow up with approvers to move the CR/CN to next stage till completion
- Ensure GDP for affected objects
- Create and manage documentation, communications, and training materials
- Support and execute risk assessment and response plan activities
