- Serves as lead Agile consultant for Business Agility engagements
- Creates client proposals, designs engagement solutions, and drafts statements of work that set a strong foundation for a healthy and high-performing engagements
- Acts as a trusted advisor for clients, offering creative options for addressing challenging and strategic problems, and delivers business outcomes
- Leads opportunity pursuits, engagement solution design, discovery, and execution of delivery enablement
- Cultivates high-performance coaching teams by developing trusted relationships, providing servant leadership, acting as a mentor, and offering fast feedback
- Collaborates with other Eliassen colleagues to expand business footprint and grow revenue
- 7-10 years of experience practicing Agile methods in an Agile role (scrum master, product owner, Agile coach, delivery team member, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience working as an Agile coach or consultant, including 2+ years of experience working with senior leaders, driving Agile initiatives within an organization
- Advanced understanding of Lean|Agile concepts, techniques, frameworks, and patterns
- Knowledge of common success and failure patterns related to organizational transformation
- Expert skills in facilitation, training, and influencing, especially with senior leaders
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- An ability and desire to lead large scale change initiatives
- Understanding of the difference between coaching and a consulting, and the ability to shift comfortably between both
- Exhibited entrepreneurial spirit and strong business acumen
- Certification and demonstrated experience with one or more Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum @ Scale, etc)
- Professional Coaching certifications and/or experience
- Leadership experience, especially outside of the consulting industry
- Experience pitching, designing, and leading consulting engagements, ensuring agreed-upon business outcomes are achieved and delivered for the client
- Demonstrated experience in the technical practices of Agile (CI/CD, XP, etc.)
