Our team communicates heavily with our customer in order to deliver the best path to transform our customer's application needs into reality given their unique security requirements, and we need a technical writer to support the expanding body of knowledge our team is generating. The Technical Writer will assist a research and experimentation team that is testing out different MLS and Zero Trust (ZT) technologies, tools, and architectures as hosted within an Azure development environment. Additionally, the team is setting up an Azure development environment to support application development via a DevSecOps pipeline. If you're looking to expand your technical skillset into the cloud, please apply! Key Duties/Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets team and USAF standards.
- Obtain a deep understanding of Azure DevSecOps products and services to translate engineering information into simple, polished, and engaging content, to include engineering procedures.
- Develop and maintain a detailed database of reference materials, including market research, testing, and design documents.
- Evaluate current content and recommend improvements on the knowledge management processes and tools.
- Bachelors and six (6) years or more experience; MBA and four (4) years or more experience; other work experience and certifications considered in lieu of degree requirements
- Proven ability to learn complex Information Technology topics
- Ability to develop documentation to meet different audience technical expertise levels.
- Experience in improving knowledge management processes and procedures.
- Keen attention to detail for written products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing cloud engineering (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI) documentation
