Qualify applicants according to ABLE's interview protocol in order to define the most successful job matches.
Analyze fundamental client and job requirements, preparing effective candidate presentations
Document and track on-assignment performance to increase client and employee satisfaction
Requirements
Must be high-energy, people-oriented, and very internet/computer literate.
Must be able to take rejection with a smile.
Prior sales or sourcing experience highly desirable.
