Baystate Wine & Spirits is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. This individual will support our fast-paced operations in a full-time position at our West Bridgewater facility. Join an industry leader that invests in its people! Job Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Re-stock picking locations with inventory
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Requirements:
Must be in good physical shape
Ability to lift 35–50 pounds consistently throughout the day
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Dependable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse or order-picking experience a plus, but not required
