37.5 hour position working with adults with developmental and other disabilities. Responsible to. implement Day Habilitation Service Plan and Individual Service plan (as applicable).
QUALIFICATIONS: At least one year's experience and/or training working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and procedures, to compose routine reports and communicate effectively. Ability to assist individuals in and out of wheelchairs. Acceptable criminal background check required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
