Job Description:
Meet with federal employees via preset appointments from our call center
Hold seminars and stand up appointments with federal employees
Help federal employees understand and maximize their benefits
Requirements:
Sales experience required.
High school diploma required.
High sales skills preferred.
Professional actions and appearance.
Strong communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Computer literate.
Must be organized.
Highly motivated.
Fair Credit.
Compensation:
This is a Commission only sales role and our agents typically run 3-10 appointments per week. Our average first & second year agent earns between $70K-150K annually.
We provide you with excellent training and support. We are an industry leader in the federal space and continue to grow and expand exponentially. We are looking for a highly motivated individual willing to work hard and represent the morals and ethics weve built our name on in specific regions throughout the United States.
