Investment Services Specialist Under direct supervision, performs routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures. Process and support all business requests within required timeframes while ensuring accuracy of data entered. Partner with the field, to resolve not in good order (NIGO) issues for submitted business within required time-frames. Provide brief, accurate instruction by phone, e-mail & written reference guides. Those with agent finance/commission experience will be highly preferred as much of the data being entered involves reassignments of business to new and/or new agent codes. Two plus years of Financial Services industry experience is preferred.Required Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and data entry skills
- Strong systems aptitude, capable of learning new systems quickly
- Excellent Excel experience including Pivot Tables and Vlookup Functions
