JOB TITLE: Operations Specialist

JOB LOCATION: hybrid onsite position, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Must work from Springfield, MA

WAGE RANGE: $21/hr.

Job Description: The work will primarily be to review person-level records within our system against contract documents. Reviewing, tracking and potentially performing the updates when data is missing or incorrect. Additionally, part of the work will be organizing files on our LAN and in a document application (Trex)Review and confirm annuitant documents against administrative systemFollows general instructions or proceduresReview large sets of data, against contractsPrevious experience with reviewing record for accuracy highly preferredIdeal candidate has had similar position recently, comparing large sets of data and data entry

Skills:Excellent written and verbal communications skillsHigh level accuracy in data entry, review and entryAlphanumeric data entry and accurate typing skills requiredAble to navigate multiple screens to compare detailsStrong attention to detail and ability to comprehend contract languageMust be able to navigate Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams)
