UI Angular JS/Angular DeveloperThe Front-End Developer will be responsible for developing the presentation layer of an application using the Angular JS/Angular 2+ framework. You will work with a highly technical DB team and in an Agile environment to deliver a timely, effective, and customized application for Investment Management users.
- Develop and implement digital front-end component in cloud AWS.
- Work closely with the UX/Business Analyst to understand business requirements.
- Translate business requirements to solutions and document solutions.
- Work closely with the development team to plan and coordinate delivery of components to address dependencies. Participate in code reviews.
- Apply understanding of authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environment.
- Work with the development team to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enabler epics.
- Provide relevant documentation throughout the Agile process.
- Identify opportunities for code reuse.
- Influence Agile team approach to help evolve development practices, improve quality, and reduce waste.
- Research, learn, and apply technologies that can improve performance and minimize operational downtime.
- Apply enterprise technology standards to all work efforts.
- 5+ years with AngularJS/Angular 2+
- 5+ years with Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS 2/3, SASS/SCSS, Bootstrap, JQuery
- 3+ years developing unit tests using tools such as Jasmine, and end-to-end using tools such as Protractor
- 2+ years using repository tools such as Git or Bitbucket, and a project tracking system (Jira)
- 2+ years writing SQL queries
- Python development experience a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in computer science or engineering
