Your ability to handle and interpret large datasets as well as an ability to understand how supply chains are optimized will set you up for success in this role.What will you do?Develop, optimize, and maintain analytical packages for our site to drive their supply chains more effectively.

Partner with senior supply chain leaders within a business unit to provide actionable insights, advise on tactical and productive business solutions, and coach the organization to standardized and scalable approaches to data management.

Assess/shape current and future supplier portfolio and revamp supplier scorecard

Investigate anomalies or events in our business to determine root causes and provide guidance on actions to mitigate or improve.

Work with extended data analytics community to incorporate all solutions into the centralized processes so that targeted work can have universal benefit to the organization.

How will you get here?Education:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or similar required; Master’s degree and/or MBA preferred.

Professional Certification in production and inventory management, supply chain management, or project management is a key distinguishing characteristic; APICS CPIM or CSCP, ISM CPSM, or PMI PMP.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related business degree preferred

APICS certification with 7+ years applicable experience

Hard science degree with 5+ years applicable experience will also be considered.

Experience:Time spent supporting one or more of the classical supply chain-related functions like planning, purchasing, logistics, demand planning, or distribution.

Experience with distribution and logistics

As an ideal candidate, you will have demonstrated through your experience that you regularly generate and use data to drive the business forward.

You can show through your work history a continuous improvement mindset that is productively dissatisfied with the status quo and strives to reach for new heights in capabilities and performances, first from self, then from the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesSolid understanding of supply chain principles and tradeoffs. Need to be able to demonstrate how cause and effect would influence metrics within supply chain scenarios.

Advanced analytical capabilities leveraging advanced excel capabilities (Power Query, VBA, statistical packages), SQL (query building and optimizing), Minitab, Power BI, and other related software (Microsoft 365)

Proven ability to turn complex data into compelling stories (90% of data analytics involves influencing people to act upon the data - can you convince people to do this?

Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities with ability to recommend improvements

Ability to link critical business and supply chain systems and processes

Demonstrated expertise in Intuitive ERP environments
