Could you be a good fit? We’re looking for the best, highly skilled Help Desk Coordinator to join the team of our exceptional client located in the Pepperell MA area for a full-time opportunity. The client is a CISCO shop that uses SolarWinds for monitoring purposes. The right candidate will start off as a network professional with plans to transition into more of a security engineer.

What will your day look like? As a Helpdesk Coordinator you will:
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve software & hardware issues for CLIENT's users (examples include: Windows 7/8/10, MS Office 2010-2019, pc hardware and peripherals)
  • Maintain communications with CLIENT users, keeping them informed of the status of their requests and following up to ensure requests were completed to their satisfaction
  • Process IT equipment/hardware and software delivery and installation requests
  • Manage the IT Service Desk ticketing and knowledgebase system, utilizing the system to record, assign, track, close, and analyze all IT Service Desk requests
  • Administers Active Directory and MS Exchange Servers with user updates

You’ll be a good fit for the Helpdesk Coordinator role if you:
  • Have experience in a technical desktop support position, preferably within a corporate department
  • Have successful experience troubleshooting various software OS and MS applications, including Windows 7/10 and MS Office 2010 - 2019
  • Have working knowledge of PC hardware and software systems, PC and networking operating systems, data communications, tablets/mobiles devices, and relate technologies
  • Have strong customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills
