Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced

SeniorData Engineertohelp us evolve our data exploration and data science platforms. In this role, you will use best-in-class engineering approaches and secure data management practices to transform the way the world’s biggest brands talk to their customers—by helping them deliver personalized digital experiences that peopleactuallylike.

What you’ll do:

  • Architect, build and maintainnew product features and data solutions.

  • Mentor others and champion best practices across various coding projects.

  • Expand and optimize dataworkflows, infrastructure, APIs,and data pipelines.

  • Use Agile and DevOps methodologies, including test-driven development, continuousintegrationand continuous deployment.

  • Use engineering and data best practices to ensure data quality and robust test cases.

  • Think automation first!

About you:

  • You can quicklydefine and prioritize multiple technical projects

What you’ll bring:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,Electrical Engineering,or related field.

  • 4+ years hands-on experience with data engineering software.

  • Development expertise using Scalaand Sparkis required.

  • Strong understandingof cloud services in AWS.

  • Expertise inrelational databases using SQLand Postgres.

  • Experience using automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible and Git.

  • Experience working with containers in Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Experience working in Python is a plus.
