Working within Epsilon's PeopleCloud Customer platform, the Lead Marketing Business Analyst will lead, contribute to, produce, and manage client deliverables relative to our multi-channel marketing engagements, serving as a liaison between client and internal technical delivery teams. The Lead Marketing BA will use experience and business knowledge to assist account teams in defining marketing automation solutions, handling challenging client situations, and providing problem resolution. This individual will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Marketing BAs.

What you'll do as a

CRM Lead Marketing Business Analyst:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for global and client teams
  • Create campaign business requirement documents based on client discovery/ intake
  • Follow SDLC to build multi-channel marketing campaigns - create functional specs, build complex campaign flowcharts/ workflows, conduct unit/ end to end testing and deployment of the campaigns
  • Build waterfall and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements
  • Proactively work to improve delivery quality, repeatability and on-time delivery of projects/ campaigns
  • Lead and support ongoing, daily campaign management function
  • Lead and support change management and issue management initiatives
  • Help in developing and implementing best practices, standards, methodologies, etc. around campaign processes & automation
  • Directly lead, manage, and coach team members, which includes providing leadership and mentoring, providing feedback, completing performance appraisals, and tracking deliverables
  • Provide technical leadership on client accounts
What skills you will use:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading/ managing a team
  • Understanding of CRM solutions, marketing concepts and marketing channels like direct mail, email, mobile, etc.
  • Experience in the execution of high-complexity, multi-channel marketing programs across multiple domains/ industries like healthcare, retail, banking financial services etc.
  • Hands-on working experience on HCL UNICA Campaign or Adobe Campaign marketing automation tools
  • Expertise in understanding, analyzing, and interpreting campaign data output
  • Experience translating business campaign strategy into business requirement documents/ functional specifications, creating and executing test plans
  • Good understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts
  • Expert SQL skills and ability to write queries for data manipulation
  • Ability to write HTML and JavaScript (preferred)
  • Experience managing a function/ process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively navigate and lead a cross functional organization to get work done
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize and quickly change priorities
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills
