We are working directly with the CIO.You MUST be able to commute post-covid to the Waltham area (hybrid until further notice)Our client has 10 people in the entire IT organization and is embarking on a COMPLETE overhaul.Company is wildly profitable, offers incredible benefits, and includes a generous bonus (typically 15-50%)Our client is a Global Software company ( 1000 employees) with offices around the world.The End User services group, Help Desk, is a 24/7/365 support organization.We are dedicated to providing the best support possible. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable in a dynamic and fast evolving working environment within a stable profitable, yet private data software company.Candidates must have excellent communications skills and be comfortable interacting with staff who come from diverse cultures.
