One of our prestigious direct clients in Waltham, MA is looking for a full-time .Net Lead engineer. DIGITAL ENGINEERING - TECHNICAL LEADSponsorship is not available so respond accordingly. Location: Waltham, MA. Must be a lead An ideal candidate can help build the IT architecture and infrastructure of a product from scratch, in partnership with the Product and other internal stakeholders.You will:
- − Work closely with functional heads, stakeholders, and business users to understand product focus.
- − Identify problem statements, solution designs, define technical strategy and vision, and perform business analysis of client requirements.
- − Partner with stakeholders to craft, present, review and implement architecture proposals.
- − Transform requirements into technical task specifications. Define project tasks for the team.
- − Provide technical oversight to the development team to complete their tasks successfully.
- − Perform periodic code reviews according to company process standards and bestpractices.
- − Act as a subject matter expert for website architecture and work with cross-functionalteams to assist & resolve issues arising from end-user experience.
- − Refine technology solution based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- − Recruit and retain a technical team, offering feedback, support and guidance to growand develop.
- − Strong development skills
- − Experience working with mobile project
- − Experience in C#, .Net Core, SQL Servers
- − Implementation experience in Rest APIs. With .Net Core would be preferred.
- − Experience in JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React)
- − Experience with payment (i.e. commercial cards), fintech, or B2B services
- − Excellent written & oral communication and interpersonal skills
- − Strong creative logical problem-solving skills
- − Strong planning, organizing and coordinating skills
- − Knowledge of relevant security, privacy, and legal compliance guidelinesLanguages required: English
