If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our leading healthcare IT client in Waltham.Responsibilities of the Senior Business Transformation Consultant:- Work closely with cross-functional business partners to define business needs and devise solutions for business transformation initiatives
- Understand and document current state processes, work with business partners to redesign those processes, and translate to end-state targets
- Play a key role as an internal change agent, ensuring adoption of new processes and systems enterprise-wide
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
- Domain expertise in Finance and Accounting processes - NetSuite required; SAP, Salesforce CPQ highly desired
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in IT or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an analyst on complex transformational projects
- Experience with business process redesign and workflow tools: Visio highly desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and management skills
- Excellent meeting management, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt highly desired
- Experience with change management methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes
