The Advice Relationship Manager provides leadership and oversight in creating a strong relationship management model to effectively engage business stakeholders and execution partners in the delivery of TIAA’s in-plan advice program to our participants and clients. Through the establishment of effective relationship management processes and protocols, this role will drive clear and consistent communications with all business partners and coordinate advice delivery activities across the organization.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Build and maintain superior relationships with senior level business stakeholders and execution partners so that the Advice team can maximize the value of those relationships.

Lead and participate in regular meetings with senior level business stakeholders and execution partners to explain advice strategy and positioning to guide their choices.

Understand the problems and challenges of senior level business stakeholders and identify ways that Advice could better address those needs.

Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively influence the Advice roadmap.

Work with key senior level members to provide input to Digital, Marketing, Field Associates and Data Analytics teams to ensure alignment to a consistent advice delivery strategy.

Prior Financial services industry experience a plus

Base Pay Range: $123,800/yr. - $206,300/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
