Job Description:
Line of Business Job Overview Primarily responsible for the financial booking component of commercial loans. Responsible for accurate booking on the system of record (SOR) Responsible for accurate set-up and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, risk rating changes and all other client record and indicative data. This role will be responsible for data accuracy and timely completion of the booking process.Required Skills:- Experience with commercial credit
- Strong financial acumen - knowledge of loan documentation concepts.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks while balancing the need for both quality and efficiency in fast paced metric-centric environment is a necessity
- Ability to suggest approaches to meet Client needs rather than relying strictly on procedures.
- Must be able to navigate and toggle through various computer systems and be comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous banking operations or real estate experience
- Experience with commercial credit
