Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology MBA or MS preferred Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Demonstrated ability of working with teams from large technology & strategy consulting firms Demonstrated skills in managing project portfolios Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies Experience successfully managing larger complex programs or projects across multiple business units. Team facilitation, presentation, and team leadership skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills
