DescriptionRobert Half Technology is searching for a skilled Software Engineer with a demonstrated knowledge of design patterns and Software Engineering techniques. As a part of an success driven and deeply passionate team, you will play a pivotal role as the Software Engineer in developing new platforms and maintaining existing systems. The full-time Software Engineer opportunity is located in Waltham, Massachusetts.What you get to do every day
Develop user-facing applications and support RESTful backend services
Continuously design, develop, and deploy highly scalable, testable code
Discover, debug, and fix programming defects
Author and maintain technical designs and documentation
Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed
Requirements
Personal experience with the planning, launching, and refactoring phases of authored code
Comprehension of web application frameworks
Familiarity with relational database management systems
Solid understanding of JavaScript
Typescript experience preferred
Strong familiarity with React or Angular JS
General familiarity with Python
Demonstrated knowledge of Java
Well versed in scrum agile methodology. Familiar with Kanban
