- Escalated support for Office 365. Client will be releasing new Microsoft applications and services to our customers
- Assisting with o365 migration issues
- Prioritizing and processing escalations via Teams chat and incidents to provide a holistic solution or workaround
- Working as part of a team, collaborating, and coordinating throughout the day
- consulting – office/OS upgrades/issues resolution
- O365 migration experience
- Customer interaction skills required
- Direct customer interaction per phone
- 3 or more years experience in a technical support role
- Experience working with Windows 10 Pro OS
- Experience working with MS Outlook in an Exchange environment, performing setups, configuration and troubleshooting
- Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) clients
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to end users both written and verbally
- Familiarity with MS Office 365 applications
- Familiarity with troubleshooting domain computers
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- Experience working with an incident system
- 4 years experience in a technical support role
- Advanced software troubleshooting skills in a Windows environment
- Basic mobile troubleshooting skills in an iOS and Android environment
