Location: Watertown Town, MA Salary: Competitive Description: The Judge Group is seeking a Web ETL Developer. The Web ETL Developer is responsible for design and implementation of web data access, collection and metric capture presentation. This resource will be fluent and competent in Linux (CentOS), GIT, NODE, PM2, MS SQL.
This job will have the following responsibilities:- Will support processes/jobs built by the SQL development team
- Support the developers in hypercare
- Accept responsibility for all new development that moves into production
- Ensure failures are documented and handled by production support
- Work closely with the JAMS administrator to schedule jobs and determine dependencies
- Troubleshoot issues
- Optimize processes/jobs
- Manage disaster recovery operations
- SQL - queries/stored procedures/views and ADMIN capabilities would be nice
- Javascript/node - Coding in javascript
- Web programming GUI development & APIs - understanding GUI development and APIs
- FTP/SFTP - we do a lot of file transfers using sftp - Need to know this
- CSV formatting file management in general
- Know the difference between lexical sorting and alphabetical & and the problems it can cause
