100% REMOTE We're looking for an IT Support Specialist for our industry-leading client. This is a shift role with rotating schedules on weekdays.

- Provide technical solutions that meet user needs
- Document existing process to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implement processes
- Possess an understanding of technological trends and leverage this knowledge to bring solutions to business groups
Requirements of the IT Support Associate: - Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and/or professional business setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented
