Remote start - eventually hybrid onsite/remote role in Westborough We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Analyst with one of our industry-leading clients.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:- Collect business requirements from users and subject matter experts
- Define and document requirements, write functional specifications
- Collaborate with the operations team on business process design
- Facilitate communication between the internal/external business community and IT
- Undertake requirements validation and traceability analysis
- Assist in operational rollout and support
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT
- Perform system integration testing as well as user acceptance testing
- Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with Eagle suite of products
- SME on fund accounting workflow leading to NAV SLAs
- Experience in business systems analysis, data modeling, data warehousing, data analysis, logical and relational database design
- Financial experience is a must
