Mainframe Technical Lead (Development) : Must have skills: Mainframes Development experience with minimum 10 years Experience with strong background in Requirement Analysis , Design, Development, Deployment and Support.
- Associate should have experience on COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IMS-DB, CICS, DB2 and MQ Series
Expertise on Implementation, Enhancements and projects. Intensive understanding of SDLC, Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies including SCRUM, values, and procedures. Strengths include excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and change management ability. Experience in leading team and offshore co-ordination.
